Enjoy a weekend of Iyengar yoga with old friends and new friends at the From the Heartland regional conference in Chicago! We look forward to a heart-warming weekend of learning together.
Co-sponsored by Iyengar Yoga Association Midwest (IYAMW) and IYNAUS, we proudly present 9 Senior Iyengar Yoga teachers from the Midwest and beyond, as well as workshops with seasoned Intermediate Junior teachers. Highlights include a keynote by Matthew Sanford, a gallery featuring yoga-inspired visual art, chanting of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and a free class for teenagers.
